Service

Semonitapp provides SEO research, website diagnostics, Search Console reporting, indexing analysis, content opportunity planning, content workflow tools, and related operational features for website teams.

Accounts and Authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for ensuring that your team members have appropriate permissions. When you connect a third-party service, including Google Search Console, you confirm that you have the authority to grant access for the related website, property, account, or project.

Google Search Console Integration

The Google Search Console integration is used to retrieve search performance and indexing data for properties that you authorize. If sitemap submission is enabled, the service submits sitemaps only when an authorized project administrator requests that action. Google services are governed by Google's own terms and API policies. You may revoke OAuth access from your Google Account at any time.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to access websites, Search Console properties, or data that you are not authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or third-party API limits.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Do not use generated recommendations as a substitute for professional, legal, compliance, or editorial review.

Customer Data and Outputs

You retain ownership of the content, website data, project information, and materials that you submit to the service. Semonitapp may generate analysis, recommendations, drafts, and reports based on your inputs and connected data. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or operational use.

Orders, Payments and Subscriptions

New purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as Merchant of Record through Link and handles applicable sales taxes, transaction support and payment disputes under the Stripe Managed Payments terms. Contact Semonitapp for product support. Historical purchases retain their original payment terms.

Base plan quotes are in HKD. Stripe may offer local currencies at checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-month purchases cover one month and do not renew. Payment service fees are shown separately from the plan price before purchase and apply to each payment and renewal. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Billing documents are provided through the selected payment provider; Chinese VAT invoices (fapiao) are not available.

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Availability and Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party APIs, hosting providers, search data providers, and AI models. We may change, suspend, or limit features to maintain security, reliability, compliance, or provider policy requirements.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, conversions, or business outcomes. The service is provided on an as-available basis.
